Not simply a machining process, we have accumulated over 40 years of manufacturing experience and have optimized manufacturing processes.
Not simply a machining process, we have accumulated over 40 years of manufacturing experience and have optimized manufacturing processes.
Incoming materials are subject to chamfering process, ensuring that consecutive machining processes are not affected by the presence of burrs. Each detail is cared for in the manufacturing process, from in-process inspection, final product inspection, to packaging and storage, ensuring the best quality. During the manufacturing process, integrated machining processes fully represent Super Jaw’s technical achievements and ability.
At Super Jaw, we insist that quality is achieved by manufacturing rather than by inspection. Quality assurance is our working principle. Super Jaw employs German Kafer dial gauges, Swiss TESA and German Mahr inspection instruments for in-process accuracy inspection during manufacturing. With rigorous quality control at every phase of the manufacturing process, we can guarantee the best quality for every product.
We deeply believe that without high product accuracy, there will be neither high machining accuracy nor final product accuracy for customer’s production. Clamping jaws are important parts for jigs/fixtures for molds. They are a company’s “resource” instead of just being a “consumable”. Various consumables are applicable for production conditions shown as below:
1. A manufacturer that utilizes small-volume large-variety production system.
2. Lack of manpower and automated mass production.
Super Jaw provides fast response and offers the highest quality products to help customers upgrade their competitiveness. As such, whether it is product development or service, customers’ needs are always our priority. To fully satisfy customer’s requirements, all Super Jaw fixtures and jigs integrate five major features, including secure clamping, high roundness, convenient part change, dynamically balanced, and high centering accuracy.
All customers’ parts machining accuracy is calculated from the contact surface to the Super Jaw product. If jaws are not accurate enough, this may lead to losses in time and money for customers’ machine shops and machine tool manufacturers. Therefore, we are always conscientious to offer high accuracy products. Quality begins with the use of Japan-made and Taiwan-made high quality mild carbon steel (S50C). At Super Jaw, we are dedicated to the pursuit of the highest quality without compromise. This is the only way to ensure sustainable operations for us and our customers.
