The founder Jun Liao, who has great passion for mechanical processing, set out on his journey in Germany many years ago, where he has explored and expanded his horizons at a driven tools factory. While working there, he underwent comprehensive and solid training by engaging in each stage of the process, from materials to processing, finished products, after-sales service, maintenance, and operations.Later, he was responsible for the operation and exhibitions throughout Asia-Pacific region. At that time, he traveled alone for business in Asia and devoted his energies on developing and managing agents and operations in 13 countries in Asia-Pacific region.

After hard training for years, Jun Liao want to promote more high-quality components for customers, therefore he established MONGTEC as our own brand to provide CNC lathe and milling accessories and components for customers such as toolholder, angle head, ER collet, Test Bar, Gripper, Swiss type toolholder and many others.
