About Us

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in the Cayman Islands, Inmax Holding originated in Malaysia as the country’s first manufacturer specializing in pneumatic industrial nails. Since 2024, Inmax has strategically transformed its business focus toward the semiconductor industry. The company is now actively engaged across the entire semiconductor supply chain—from front-end to back-end processes. Its product portfolio includes electron beam (e-beam) equipment, lithography systems, wafer laser dicing machines, advanced materials and components, as well as customized turnkey solutions, demonstrating strong capabilities in system integration and applied technology.

Committed to diversification and international expansion, Inmax has established service locations in Taiwan, Malaysia, and China, gradually building a comprehensive R&D, manufacturing, and service ecosystem. Looking ahead, the company plans to establish a new headquarters in Hsinchu Science Park to enhance technological innovation and strengthen vertical supply chain integration. Inmax is dedicated to becoming a vital industrial platform connecting Southeast Asia with global markets, continuously delivering value and momentum to both the semiconductor and industrial application sectors.
