01Applications

For machinery, automotive, mold industries; it can process surface milling, spindle sleeve machining, and ID and OD processing as well as drilling and tapping; furthermore, it can also process holes of precision boxes.

02Product features

Fast APC

Front pallet exchange in front of the X-axis. There is a button panel for workpiece clamp operation.

Precision stable clamping for the trolley.

Three-speed gearbox

The spindle is of NN bearing arrangement with 110mm ID, rendering excellent rigidity and precision. The broaching is clamped by springs and is released by hydraulic units.

The primary transmission is driven by a three-grade gearbox with the precision 0-level gear set. The speed change function has a wide range and high RPM, therefore the output torque is maximized (2278Nm); no noise is caused during operation.

The cooling method of the spindle is a constant circuit cooling method. The spindle head is a single-piece casted item, which is comparatively with higher cutting capability and stability compared with the conventional composition.

The machine is composed of a worktable, base, vertical column, spindle box, and the APC. It is equipped with a hydraulic system, cooling system and chip conveyor, lubrication system, electrical system, and rotational exchanging worktables. These together increase productivity and effectiveness. The movement of the spindle box is on the vertical column and the electrical system is equipped with six axes or synchronized three-axis functionality.
