Contrel Technology has extensive experience in the automation transformation of semiconductor plants. In response to these needs, we have developed the Over Head Shuttle (OHS) high-altitude automation transport system.
This system effectively addresses the challenges of high-altitude low-ceiling transportation in traditional plants with a clearance of only 2.6 meters. It integrates complete factory automation, incorporating Load/Unload (LUL) equipment and Mini Stockers at various process stations. By adopting a flexible modular approach, we provide customers with optimal solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
The OHS system is capable of transporting products weighing up to 25 kg and supports both magazine and tray transportation methods. It can also transport multiple magazines or trays simultaneously. The system incorporates AI intelligent monitoring technology within its dispatch system. This technology uses Wi-FI communications as well as AI algorithms to provide realtime info on vehicle component lifecycle projection.. vehicle position and track status as well as key FAB environmental parameters for safety monitoring. These are key features of a Industry 4.0 smart factory.
In order to provide the most timely and comprehensive technical support and services to customers in Southeast Asia, Contrel Technology has also signed a cooperation agreement with ECA in Penang, ensuring localized and comprehensive services.
